3. When it happens it will soar. |

If I had some extra bucks, I'd buy today and sell on Friday, or whenever they manage to force this thing through.

Maybe if I HAD some money, I'd figure out the details...
Actually: pharmaceuticals! Yep.
On edit: in fact, I'm going to do a little imaginary investing today, and I'll see how accurate my prediction is...

6. The market goes up and down independent of facts |

On days no one does nothing the market can swing wildly.
These days there is no rhyme or reason.

8. Because it is a quick fix and will not repair the infrastructure. |
|
A quick fix like this may buy some time, but when the management is obviously THAT lousy, and it had to be to get them into this kind of mess, it is the equivalent of putting a band aid on a severed head. It is only temporary. They aren't even requiring them to straighten any of their own mess out or replace any of the dipshits who mismanaged them all to hell.
Investors know that. Until some serious management issues are straightened out, the bleeding will continue no matter how much money our sorry ass government throws at the problem. It is called "throwing good money after bad." Simple as that.
