First, the left side of his face has something going on. They can't let him out in public right now. Also, Palin clearly isn't ready for the big time, so they've got to find a way to delay it.

23. The crazy part is

That the questions by Couric (and Gibson) were in no way hard hitting. Most were softballs. But the ones that remotely come close to being of substance, she can't answer. Its not that she gives bad answers. She just doesn't answer them. Instead she pulls out talking points that aren't even close to answers to the questions and when pressed for a real answer, we get the equivalent of "duhhhhh..."

She seems so arrogant and acts like she's the superior
almighty.  She even gives off a racist vibe so for all that I
don't feel sorry for her one bit.  It's good that the public
gets to see with their own eyes how incompetent she is then
they will know she is no way near ready.

33. I've really got to believe at this point that the GOP doesn't want to win this time.

Smirky has screwed things up so bad it will take years to repair
the damage and they just don't think they can handle it. McLame
and Palin are not qualified to hold office by any stretch of the
imagination and it is plain to see even they don't have confidence
in their own abilities. They probably never did.
