Security(?) problem with Ratings system |

Made a test account and found that even though you can't make new posts you can rate them. Shouldn't there be a minimum number of posts needed to rate? Isn't this just opening the door up wide and begging the freekers to come over and disrupt us?

Might be best to make some meta-raters. Some way to stop stupid people from rating.
