Question: Which presidents have replaced all 93 AGs? |
Isn't it true of all incoming presidents that these AGs are replaced at the start of the term but left in place throughout the administrations term?

so that they could use a provision in the Patriot Act to bring in new Atty's that would not have to be confirmed by the Senate. He is trying to stack the courts. Those same "activist courts" that uphold the law.
