It means to suddenly go nuts and start shooting your co-workers or random strangers.

So called because during the seventies sometime, there was a rash of these events at US Postal facilities.

it's the minorities fault, I would expect someone to take out their anger on that end, which is why I have posted a couple of times asking for at least one of our Dem leaders to strongly condemn this type of language. This type of language is evil and hate filled, and truly reminds me of 1930's era Germany.
