I had the distinct honour of meeting Paul and Joanne Newman when I was younger in Fairfield.I worked in Parmalee's Honda Shop when Paul Newman and his wife came in. The very first thing I noticed was his eyes, he really did have piercingly blue eyes. He also has a personality to match. He treated us who worked at the shop like we were the "Big Shots", he had genunine repsect for our skills. There is a saying that goes "I wish I was the man my dog thinks I am". Paul Newman was that man! Slán go fóill mo chara...Good Bye for now, my good friend
