What if Bush pushes through the Paulson plan via executive order? |
|
I've heard it speculated that Bush's appearance this morning could be an announcement that he will give the Treasury the necessary spending power. Obviously this would be extremely unconstitutional. Will he actually do it? And if so, what will McCain and Obama's reactions be?
