I present a selection of my favorite pics I've uncovered and used in posts. Allow me to express my gratitude to all applicable Photoshop wizards, artists, and folks that have captured the moments. I would also like to take this moment to thank the entire DU community for alternately making me howl with laughter and for getting my gumption up. Specifically: n2doc for keeping my screen awash in glorious scientific minutiae, Swamprat for vivid, horrible-beautiful art, Babylonsister for consistently bringing up the stories that we NEED to be reading, Unhappycamper for reasoned, reasonable, and informed comments on war, Husb2Sparkly for biting visual wit, OmahaSteve for far-flung labor news. I think I'd like to have a drink with any one of youse guys.

My father always used to say that you should end every day knowing something you didn't know that morning. He also used to say "If you can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit." Kinda funny that they both apply here!











Looking forward to the next 1000 posts. We have a lot to talk about.
