For 5 million $, would you renounce your citizenship?

Had this conversation with my wife yesterday. If the U. S. government were to try to manage its population by offering anyone five million dollars just to leave...to the country of your choice, and the government makes all the arrangements...would you take them up on it? Of course, you'd have to stay out, except for possible vacations. We decided that there are several countries that might be worth moving for. What do you think? Which countries would you consider?

Here I've been getting serious thoughts about renouncing! Not the US, but the Fascist/Theological Dictatorship it's becoming. That's not what I signed up for. When one finds oneself in a very abusive marriage, one must get a divorce pronto. the marriage between the people and the government is sure going through a rough patch, at the very least.
