1. Yes it must go to the House, then reach a compromise between

the House & the Senate bills (rarely are they exactly the same), then to the Prez for signature.

Noone has said if it will be on the net of not.

2. they're probably timing it so most of america

is sleeping while they put it to us. we'll wake up tomorrow morning and paulson will be in charge of more money than i can even imagine.
