4. you know, that bottom of the barrel is so festooned with crud and
fetid liquids and crap, that comparisons become really, really tough.

Cornyn, Sessions, several others are notorious for being incurious.

5. Amtrak?!?
Edited on Wed Oct-01-08 04:55 PM by wryter2000
:wow:

Damn, maybe Amtrak took the buses with the mortgages in them. It's not a bunch of trucks, you know. It's a series of tubes. The mortgages clogged the tubes.

11. I was trying to think who he reminded me of and then it hit me
The actor who played the Nazi leader in the Blues Brothers. Can't think of his name but there is a marked resemblance.

13. Wow, depakid, that's a toughie!
Sessions is actually, I do believe, stupid.

But some of the other Pukes are stupid AND evil, like Lindsey Graham, Chinless McConnell, that kind of thing.

Not just any kind of stupid, by any means, but willfully ignorant.

And malevolent.

14. AMTRAK? Hell, I just read ridership is up 13%? 17%? in just the last year, and with gas
prices, sprawl, etc. ... we only need FAR MORE trains - I'm sure he wanted less. These idiots will never learn, will they?

16. I'm ashamed to admit it but Sessions is the Senator
from my native state.

When I was in college, Alabama Senator Lister Hill helped write the National Defense Education Act which provided me and thousands of others loans to go to college. I paid 3% interest and for every year I taught school,10% of the loan was forgiven up to 50% of the loan.

How far my native state has fallen!
