Regarding local races - anyone else noticing Rethugs not advertising they are rethugs? |
|
We have a local state rep race going on right now where the Rethug does not advertise she is a Rethug at all. It's not in her local tv ads or on her posted signs. Is this happening elsewhere?

9. I love Gordon's ad where he talks about how he & Ted Kennedy fought for gay rights. |
|
Second only to that is the one where he talks about how he worked with Barack Obama to get stuff done.

he's Independence for a Change. But never once on his signs nor on his TV ads does he mention he is a republican!

12. In some States I noticed that the Republicans have gotten the |
|
State election board to agree not to include party affiliation on the ballots. I think this is yet a further cheap trick. The next one will be to put R next to all the Dems and a D next to all the Republicans....just so it does not confuse the voting public....ha

11. I was going to add one who's doing this in FL, but she's a Dem! |
|
Your post reminded me to check, I've been meaning to for days. Suzanne Kosmas is running against Tom Feeney (R-FL-24). Her ads are quite good -- wounded vets asking why Feeney voted against them so many times -- but there's no indication given of her party.
I really thought she must be trying to hide that she's a Repub...but on second thought, here in FL, the reverse could work in her favor. People might listen to her message instead of tune her out because she's a Dem.
