The GOP really shit on Katherine Harris once she served her purpose
I even heard Jeb Bush give a bigger endorsement to democrat Bill Nelson in the '06 senate race. On NPR at that. I can't help but (almost) feel sorry for poor Sarah who probably won't even get a free plane ticket home after election night.

5. Just like they do to their voters too after election day
I've even asked many of them if their lives had and incomes have gotten any better in the last 8 years and they all say no. Seven CEOs in a board room have more influence over their politician than say 70 million voters. You ask them why they keep voting republican and it's always because they love war and hate abortion and gay marriage.

8. I'd thought she might be her nominee in 2012...
...since she is such a darling of the far right.

Now, I think that that would only happen if the rethuglicans know the election is already lost.

Today I think it's more likely she'll go for the house seat or one of the senate seats ansd spew her bile in DC for a few years.

I hope she will be soon gone to obscurity, however.

PEACE!

15. Not a chance, she's fast becoming a national joke..
just like ole Katherine. We'll see pics of Sarah running her foot up and down some hapless young man's leg pretty soon, either that, or she'll slip up and use the "n" word in mid-speech.

7. Grandma Barracuda's Making The Most Of Her 15 Minutes
It feels like a lifetime since this sportscaster dropped in our laps...but it's only been a little more than a month. In that time, she's skyrocketed to "rock star" down to national joke. It's has to be one hell of a rocket ride for Ms. Congeniality as her ambition couldn't pass up being used as a prop for a desperate campaign. But why should she care? She became a star.

Be assured the knives are currently being sharpened in the various covens of the GOOP. We're already starting to see them come out in the many columns that have pummeled Gramps and Grandma in recent weeks...and if they lose, they'll be the immediate target for all that went wrong. Remember, the GOOP is the party that avoids responsibility and loves to blame...Grandma's selection will be pointed out as a major reason and her political future will be in trying to get back on the PTA in Wisilla. She's well on her way to being the next Dan Quayle.

The only salvation is how popular she's become with the fundies. She's become their Joan of Arc, and I suspect when the post-mortums are done and she's given blame, this could erupt into a bloody fight within the GOOP tent. In the end, look for Grandma Barracuda hosting a talk show on Faux.

13. More "Kept" Women
You are right. Expect, if Grandma Barracuda loses, she'll be dumped on as either not "strong enough" or some other macho bullshit. The "conventional wisdom" will be that a woman isn't strong or smart enough...thus not ready, but at least the GOOP tried.

Methinks Palin believes she's on some religious mission...some manifested destiny. It's sure gonna be a let down if she not only loses, but becomes the "uncool" kid in town as a result.

Cheers...

10. Katherine Harris can tell you what it feels like to be a used condom,
thrown in the garbage once used. She was nothing but a whore for the Republican Party. They used her when they needed her, but once she'd served her purpose, she was tossed aside.

She should have seen it coming. I guess she's lucky they've let her live...so far. She knows secrets that could be dangerous to the GOP. If she ever gave them reason to doubt her allegiance to the party, well...I'd just advise her to stay out of small aircraft, and to not park her car outside at night.
