A few months ago I posted my belief/opinion that our retirement would be the next and final target before they let the economy totally tank.

My only mistake was assuming they would encourage people to take out retirement money early and ask people to spend it as a final act of desperation.

I didn't consider the possibility they would simply take it through mass drops in the value of the funds our retirement plans are invsted in. Seems they'll be getting our retirement money a lot faster than I thought....
