Total Heartquake as we sit and watch our 401K's
just evaporate. Just when you thought that you would at least have a little nest egg after retirment. Worked your ass off most of your life... and now not even your 401K for a little back-up.

Just the thoughts of even a modest life-style just shattered.
Bush should of never had a second term...and I really think impeachment should of never left the table.

To every Republican peice of shit that took us to this realm...
may you never have a moment of peace.

3. It is so frustrating though - the price is set by the most recent panic-er
So even though millions of people are holding their stocks, the value plumments due panic driven pricing.

11. Unless you were planning on using your 401K in the next three years, you'll be fine
I feel for those living off their 401K right now, but it's all paper gains/losses until you use it.

13. Boomers are about to retire
The first of the boomers are just now hitting retirement age. I'm not quite there yet, but close enough that I'm looking at this in dismay and imagining I'll be working forever.

15. I won't be fine. I wanted to retire by the first of next year.
I am 69 and still working full-time. I was hoping to have enough built up in my 401K and IRA to retire, but looks like I'll be working until I die. I am also collecting social security, but I sure couldn't solely live off that.

16. The big job cuts are still to come
I'm going to be left up the creek without a paddle. I just know I'm gonna get canned while my assets are at their lowest point. I've never in my life cried about my financial situation and the future of my children, today was the first time. I can't take this any more.
