ya know, it's pretty sad that the TREASURY SECRETARY seems to have more power than the PRESIDENT |
|
Why the HELL isn't the PRESIDENT running around trying to solve this financial crisis? Instead they yank him out early in the morning when no one watches.
God, I can't WAIT for a PRESIDENT who actually DOES SOMETHING!

1. One, Bush was never the Pres, shadow government at best |
|
Paulsen is only as powerful as the Congress made him voting Yes to his bailout bill. This Yes vote included Obama who sold us out as well to him.

2. Actually, it makes me feel incrementally better, on the femto scale. |

I mean, Paulson obviously once posessed a clue about something. Anything. Dear Leader, on the other hand, has never, in his life, evinced one single clue about anything at all. I an gobsmacked that he has not spent his life in an Iron Lung, because he was unable to learn the rudiments of drawing breath.

3. Well, it would be under any other president. |
|
But with Dubya as prez, we're likely better off that it's as it is.

4. Dubya in his campaign boasted of his MBA and |
|
said he would "Run government like a business". Unfortunately we are seeing just how good he was at running a business, only now his Daddy's friends are unable to bail him out.
