Its not a marriage.

I don’t recognize it as such
The Catholic Church will not recognize it as such
And God won’t recognize it as such

Connecticut has no initiative so voters in the state are screwed. But this only means the measures in CA, AZ and FL are certain to pass next month. The Massachusetts disease is spreading due to liberal judicial activism.

Connecticut Supreme Court Backs Gay (sic) Marriage (sic)

I'm certainly in favor of cheerful, happy, gay marriages. But to make-believe that two people of the same sex can be married is ludicrous, a journey to fantasy-land.

What's next? Invisibility licenses? Unicorn licenses? Time-travel licenses?

Sheesh. Come back to reality, folks.

I'm fearing that it's almost time to move out of Connecticut. I don't want to - I love it here. The weather and seasons are great, there's plenty to do, the proximity to large cities like Boston and NYC is perfect - but the more liberal the state becomes, the more embarrassing it is to say I live here.

Yup. My husband wants to get out of Connecticut in a BIG way lately, mostly due to the liberalism and high taxes here. Unfortunately we're stuck here because of his job and my family for the time being, anyway. Someday - I'm not sure when - we will most likely move to a Red State. There's so much I would miss about CT and New England as well, but it's getting tougher and tougher to put up with this crap with each passing year.

We love Virginia, and have considered moving there, but it appears that even former Red State Virginia is quickly going from "purple" to Blue, which I find incredibly appalling and sad...

Should they change their name to South Massachusetts or East New York?
Well, we already have Sodom Massachusetts. How about Gomorrah Connecticut?

our conventional understanding of marriage must yield to a more contemporary appreciation of the rights entitled to constitutional protection.

Wow. Where in any Constitution does it say that any behavior, no matter how vile, has to be considered normal under the law? What about bestiality? If an animal will stand, it gives it's consent. Why can't, under this description of Constitutional protections, humans marry animals? This description also opens the door for foot fetishists to marry shoes.

The size of the violin I want to play for these people is sub-molecular in size.

Look at the complaints... we want to move but all that BIG GOVERNMENT LIBERALISM has created excellent, high-paying jobs with benefits! We can't move to a red state because all that SMALLER GOVERNMENT CONSERVATISM has created shitty, low-paying jobs with minimal benefits!

4. What Constitution do they use?
The one we, the sane and rational use, has nothing to say about marriage. We do, in fact, have a right to privacy and as long as your not one of those fundi nut cases, then even if you are religious you will no issue with it.

I am not religious, so trying to apply some ones superstition on me is unconstitutional since their is a solid line between church and state.

In short, they need to keep their fucking religion to themselves.

8. The super-secret Freeper constitution
See, where it's carved on the Supreme Court building "Equal Justice Under Law"? You and I can't see it, because we're not properly equipped. We just see the words carved in stone. But if you're a Freeper or Fat Tony Scalia or Uncle Thomas, it reads "Equal Justice Under Law unless you're a fagot."

And religion is being used as a cloak here, not for its intended purpose.
