A couple of days ago I heard something on countdown or Rachel maddow that caused me to wonder |
|
I can't remember which show it was on possibly both but it was about someone introducing either mcCain or Palin and used Obama's middle name. The fact that his middle name was used didn't upset me all that much but what was said next made me wonder. The person talking, and I can't recall who that was, some head of Republicans somewhere said to the crowd, "How are you going to feel when we wake up with an Obama presidency knowing you could have done something about it" What the hell could he have been talking about. something more than just voting I would venture.. I haven't heard another thing about this so i guess no one else noticed what I did..

I saw the clip and, when he said it I remember thinking how bizarre it was.

3. As Far as "We Could Wake Up with a ____ Presidency" |
|
and doing something more, it's similar to language that's frequently used on the Democratic side to encourage people to volunteer and contribute. They have problems in both those areas. I wouldn't read too much into it at this point.
