Monegan (sp) may have a Civil Suit but Alaska is very Red and the Majority of the State Legislature is Republican. Although the committee that oversaw this investigation, and requested it unanimously, is overwhelmingly Republican, that doesn't mean they would back Impeachment or probably even a Censure motion.
