CHANGE ! It was time to get positive for the end stretch- look at the changes on my truck !

As some of you know I've been driving with an anti administration billboard as my tailgate, which included a tally of our fallen soldiers, updated daily ever since we hit 2000. During the horrible months when we lost so many, I had tears in my eyes at times, envisioning all the ripples in the families, and all the people affected.

It has become time to turn it over and hope and pray "THAT ONE" will get a shot at knitting together the unraveling that is going to be the Bush - Cheney legacy.

Onward and upward !

2. Wow, looks great! No bumper stickers to speak of here in Massachusetts.
Weekend trip from Cape Cod to Boston revealed only 2 bumper stickers (besides mine), one for "that one" and one for grumpy. Given the importance of this election I was very surprised. I think it is because the country is so divided, people don't want to get into dicussions along the highway.

3. I'm so glad to see that comic on your truck.
That is probably the best graphical description of Republican vs. Democratic Presidencies I've seen. And I looooove 'That One'!

5. I had a somewhat larger and more concise message on mine

I didn't wash it for over a year, and when I did the dots came off. But by that time it didn't matter, it was obvious that it would never happen.

I like yours though, looks like it took a lot of work.

7. it's not a good idea to have your license plate on the internets.
People can look up your address. :hide:

11. well,
It's just that it gives more people a way to find you-- that you might not want. Granted, most people would need a real reason to bother to look it up, but you never know who this info will go to. True that your plates are in public all the time, but it's easier when it's in a picture at home on a computer screen. We don't use real names and addresses at DU for that reason. There is no need to use them, and it maintains peoples' privacy.

13. If you choose to remain "private" then that's true.
However the original poster's plates been posted on here before, because IIRC they got recalled because someone took offense to ITMFA (Impeach the MFer already). I don't know if the OP is still allowed to have them (hence my earlier followup question in forum) but if it's been recalled then it wouldn't matter - it'd be on the NC blocked list anyway.

Mark.

15. Here's the scoop on my plate:
I was one of three in the country. Three states NC / VA and Oregon.
They all got pulled. I did not return it in the prepaid envelope, and keep it in my glove compartment.
I propped it over my regular plate, but not to hide it, I don't care to be public, that should be obvious :) :)
I will shadow box it for posterity.
One day it will mean something, esp. when they get the Miserable Failure, which I hope I live long enough to see.

12. Haven't your license tags been recalled?
I remember an earlier thread about this some months ago. Are you still able to drive around with ITMFA already as your tag? Or do you have to have one of the new red-number tags officially?

Mark.
