2. Gosh he's sort of damaged goods you know. |
|
Trainwrecked his career. We could do much better than cabinet appointments with well documented whore afflictions.

4. Good man but highly unlikely. |
|
That prostitution sting really nailed him because he was the AG of NY when he was fooling around. This means he knowingly broke laws he had taken an oath to uphold as the chief attorney for the state.
It's a real shame that such a good man had to go down for something so petty but I doubt he'll ever be a major figure in politics again. :(

14. No. Fitzgerald agreed to off the record interviews of Bush and |

Cheney and never called Cheney in the Plame case. He is now prosecuting Rezko and I have heard that Rezko is being encouraged, to use a polite word, to talk about Obama. I don't know if this is true, but I do know that Fitzgerald did not pursue Cheney or Bush to the extent that I think he should have.
Fitzgerald knows what side of the bread his butter is on. After all, Gonzales/Bush did not fire him.

Spitzer's political career ended when he was caught screwing hookers.

8. Edwards would have a better chance than Spitzer and Edwards has no chance. |

And Wall Street would react negatively toward both of them.

Both were at the top of my list for AG, too bad they both have girl troubles.

15. Neither should be disqualified because of their "girl troubles". |
|
If that is the test, shouldn't Congress have more vacant seats?
