3. The corporation acts as a separate identity so the plumber would not

be taxed on the money the pluming company made. If he took a salary out of over 25K he would be taxed.

I was just freaked out that McCain try to imply that people's salaries in small businesses come out of the owners pocket. Sure that is true but a lot of times it is not.
