Just came home from choir rehearsal.
Our parish choir is rehearsing for the Advent Vespers,
a lovely service built around the polyphonic medieval
music of Praetorius, and whilst singing an arrangement
of the "Magnificat," (the Song sung by Mary during her pregnancy)
it occurred to me: "YEs, God is behind economic re-distribution.."

The words from the gospel of Luke:

"He has brought down the powerful from their thrones,
and lifted up the lowly;
he has filled the hungry with good things,
and sent the rich away empty..."

So.. if any ring-wing fundies try to 'biblify' their
ideology, just quote Luke 1: 51-53;

It's what God wants...
