AT & T laid off 740 tech workers in Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois today.

My sonS were among those laid off.

my 2nd oldest son will do .......... ??????

I tried to be chipper/upbeat with my oldest when he called me this morning with the news....

I made him laugh but I'm very worried about my second oldest son.

I told Nate to have Chris call me. :( (I'm still waiting)... Chris was supposed to get married in November.

5. I'm so sorry to hear your sons got laid off.
This is one tough economy right now.

I will avoid my typical snark about AT&T's lousy customer service as a sign of respect to your sons' positions right now.
