being a hate crime does not automatically make it a federal case. Now if some group of 6'4' black guys sues her for it (please, that would be a GREAT class-action suit!) in federal court that is different, but if she is only charged for filing a false police report (anyone know about the local persecutor? is he/she a RW'er who may quash it?) in local or state court, even if under hate crime provisions, it still would not be in the presidents jurisdiction. All speculation on my part BTW :)

2. No way, no how.

She either needs to be in a state hospital, or, if she is just a garden-variety sociopath, a state prison. Someone could have died from a stunt like that, and if she is left to walk among us she will only come up with something even more dangerous and irresponsible to pull.
