Internet service providers need to be regulated to prevent bandwidth gouging...
ISPs complain that heavy bandwidth users cost them extra money, and so they have to charge them for the bandwidth. And yet they have the fucking nerve to put a mark-up of 1000% on it. If they're concerned about recouping losses rather than about gouging their customers, why not force them to act on their concern and require them to sell the extra bandwidth at cost?
