2.  "thought it would be funny."

Deputies said when they found Wolf's truck near Hiemstra's house, the stolen election signs were clearly visible in the back and the family was still inside. Deputies said when he was asked why he would take the election signs, Wolf said he "thought it would be funny."

Deputies say alcohol also is suspected to be a factor in the thefts.

5. Sign theft has to be made a serious crime...
It should be viewed the same as voter supression and intimidation, and should come with serious and significant penalties.

14. Under Colorado Law
If he was driving while under the influence of alcohol, that is Child Abuse. Class 1 misdemeanor punishable up to 2 years County Jail time.

If he was under the influence while driving, which he admitted too driving, they should have treated it as a possible DUI. I think PC was established.

15. Trickle down
hate and stupidity. Like a sign makes that much difference. "Oh, there's a McCain sign, I better vote for McCain". I know the name has to be out there but to risk criminal charges for theft, I think not.
