5. Even the weather cooperated |
|
After a long, long stretch of sunny, mild, absolutely gorgeous weather, this afternoon turned into a cold, rainy day. Low 40s, icy rain, howling winds. Not a day to be scampering out of the Federal courthouse downtown without a heavy coat or an umbrella.
I love DC juries, especially in Federal cases. They're smart, hard--working, fair, diligent, and really dangerous if you're a defendant.
Ted Stevens knows.

Someone should ask him if Palin promised to visit him.

10. What? He didn't wear his Hulk tie to hear his verdict? |
|
Boy, he looks kinda stunned. Apparently, he didn't bring home enough bacon for everyone in Alaska.

He knew a DC federal jury would fry his ass.
I salute the jurors of my former home :patriot:
