On the road to 60 in the Senate - Was Stevens all ready counted?
Does anyone know if Stevens was one of the probable pick ups, or was his seat a toss up or not thought to have been a good bet and now it turns out to be even better for the Dems?

Thanks

1. Stevens was starting to creep back up in the polls
Recent polls had Begich ahead, but within the MOE. \

That momentum is now obviously gone.

4. Mark Begich was already slightly ahead in the polls.
This seat was counted as a toss-up I believe.

5. Republicans were counting on that seat more than others
especially if he was innocent. Don't know if where he was on our strategy.
