Machinists reach tentative deal with Boeing to end strike
GRESHAM, Ore. -- They have been off the assembly lines and on the picket lines for nearly two months, but Tuesday morning, Boeing machinists were close to a new deal with the company.


KGW report on strike negotiations Tens of thousands of Northwest machinists could be back on the job at Boeing in a matter of days, if workers agree to the new contract. Workers walked off the job on September 6th.


Newschannel 8 received a synopsis of the tentative deal from union leaders. Here were some highlights of the four year contract:
