is an absolute joke and a desperate effort by McSame to create doubt around Obama. Joe The Plumber isn't even licensed as a plumber, owes back taxes, and is highly unlikely to even make 250 k in the next year....unless he gets a large pay-off from the repub. party. But for some ridiculous reason McSame and this nobody, sudden political symbol, named Joe The Plumber, seem to think that somehow this guy 1) reflects the majority of Americans and 2) that he somehow will be affected by Obama's tax plan. Neither of which is the case.
This 5 minute of fame McSame pawn is probably being reimbursed one way or another to help promote their stupid argument.
But what is even more absurd in this whole tax increase debate that McSame and Poison Palin are pushing against Obama as much as they can - w/ no clear plan of their own, except to "cut taxes for everyone" (McSame's own words during the Pres. debate), is that they are completely missing the mark. And their supporters are stupid enough to go along with it. And that mark is that we HAVE to have tax increases no matter how much everyone hates it. Unless McSame is a magician who can pull money out his arse at will in the volume of trillions (which would take a pretty huge arse), our federal and state bills, plus the current year's expected bills -- such as the Wall Street Rip-Off and 2 foreign wars, etc. have to be paid somehow. So if politicians are promising to allow tax cuts for anyone, let alone EVERYONE, then THAT means they're expecting to borrow trillions of dollars which will increase our already historical high national deficit - primarily to Japan and China.
In the meantime, no one seems to even be discussing one of our worst problems....which is a large part of why we're in a recession/depression. And that is the large amount of imports - namely from China, vs. our exports (yrly) and our exchange of monies within our Nation. Add to that the high volume of jobs lost abroad (more money to foreigner's and not Americans) and mathematically we're shooting ourselves up the arse. Reagonomics that McSame and Palin are touting as their model to getting ourselves out of this mess - is not a solution as well. The 80's overspending with plastic money was the early part of our economic disaster-- creating a false sense of propensity until it finally catches up with us nationwide. This is not a great mystery; it's called simple math, simple business principles, and our general public allowing incompetent and corrupt politicians to handle and oversea our money matters.
