I would like to see Plame become a pundit on TV for "our side." |
|
She is brilliant, knowledgeable, poised, gentle and pretty. I can't wait until the lawsuit is finished and she starts her new career. She is really great.

1. Me too but where would she work? |
|
Most people who get hired as pundits on TV have had experience as fascists. KO must have lied about that on his resume.

2. Heard on Anderson Cooper |

she's already got a book deal, and if I heard right, a movie deal. We'll be seeing more of her.

3. It's pretty clear she's not comfortable in front of cameras. |

She toughed it out but I thought it was very refreshing to see someone who's smart, articulate, well-groomed, attractive, conscientious, and ... not a "digme." Her smile is genuine and it seems from her physiognomy that she's quite assertive when called for. (I like assertive people.) I'd really like to meet her parents and siblings, if any. Somewhere, somebody did a really good thing for her by not feeding her pre-adolescent narcissism. She was clearly NOT raised by the Ramseys.

5. Yep ... I can hear the vigilantes mounting up right now. |

Shame on me for not obsessing over (or paying any attention whatsoever to) "coded speech" by people for whom secret handshakes aren't enough. I have enough work just learning the real meanings of words without that, for sure.
Besides - if I might indulge in a stereotype - it's my experience that women are, on average, somewhat more articulate and expressive than men. That's possibly a result of cultural forces and expectations, I suppose.

6. i agree, her husband on the other hand does very well |
|
in front of the cameras. always seems at ease.
i know it was Plame's first time and she DID have a job as an undercover agent so the fame she is getting now is total opposite of what she is used to and what she probably enjoyed.
