"Help" in Dayton Ohio as Congressman Turner(R) keeps walkIng thru voter lines;
and walks thru waiting areas for people waiting to vote. There is a 100 foot away from polls law. He repeatedly walks thru and is shaking hand and talking to waiting voters.

1. Report him to the Secretary of State's office
That's a clear violation of election law

4. He flagrantly igonres the law!
He doesn't even have an office inside the Administration Building wherein he is casually walking thru INSIDE! His opponent; Jane Mitakides, I told her as she is following the law and is on the sidewalk. She immediately got on the phone.

5. We had one like that here in former DeLay Land
Shelly Silly-Gibbs (as I affectionately call her). Nothing ever happened to her except she didn't get elected.

12. Turner Violating Campaign Law -- photos were taken
Mike Turner not only repeatedly broke campaign law by electioneering inside the polls, his respresentatives were telling people that he was "endorsed by Barack Obama" and that he was "the endorsed Democrat."

After he started his fifth trip into the polls, photos were taken of him inside the polls.

Over 3,000 people voted in Dayton (Montgomery County Board of Elections) today, and Turner is desperate, but that is no excuse for breaking laws. No other Republican or Democratic candidate did anything like this.
