For 30 years, people whose politics were more or less those of most people on DU were called everything from leftist to communist.

On Tuesday that's about to change in a very clear way.

We will be the Center!!! The Mainstream!!! The Moderates!!!

Republicans are right wingers. Socialists, maybe the left wingers.

Hopefully we won't let new found power go to our heads like the Rethugs did and try and drown out the loyal opposition. We should "decriminalize" the words socialist and communist. And, we shouldn't "criminalize" Republican. We should help true conservatives take back their party from the Haters.
