The GOP's ignorance and narrow mindedness is so imbedded and ingrained that there is little hope that most, if any in the War Party, will ever see the light. It's too bad that they so willingly allow themselves to be so used and abused.

They don't want to know the truth about anything...they depend on being led like sheep. The Misleaders have led them to the brink and they still can't see how screwed up this country has become. I have had several republicans "friends" that I once looked up to as having sound minds and good educations, to tell me point blank, that they think the people are better off not knowing what is going on in Washington. I have very few republican friends anymore, because I just can't relate to their elective/selective ignorance. HOW IN THE HELL, can America work like the founders intended, when WE THE PEOPLE, don't even care to know the facts anymore, about what "Big Brother" is doing?

That reminds me of the sad fact that the other countries around the world have lost much during this 8 year long neoCon disaster too. Our country has fallen from being a once loved and respected beacon of freedom and has become a feared and mistrusted beacon of bullshit. You can't keep torturing, threatening, lying and invading and expect the world to look up to you or respect you. One word I haven't heard old man McCain or his hate spreading Sidekick use much at all, is PEACE.

We can't keep knocking the things "off the table" that made America great(like the rule of law and REAL accountability)and sweeping those vital things under the rug and expect things to get better. We can't just cover up our heads and make these greed based, power crazed, monsters, simply go away.

Winning on Tuesday is only our first tiny baby step. Our country and the people we choose to lead it next week have much to do, if we ever expect to become the "UNITED" States Of America again. I really do think we can.
