I have always wondered what the first REAL briefing contains. What shocks await? Does he get to ask questions? Is there really a book of secrets? If I were in his place (glad I am not) how much would you believe?

Will he get to know Cheney's undisclosed location?

Just for fun what do you think is included in the first REAL briefing?

1. I know someone with a very high intelligence clearance.
I once asked "I know you can't say anything, but have you learned anything that shocked you?". His response was "Things blow my mind every week".

Obama probably is going to need a strong drink after getting all this dropped on him at once.

4. It was when Clinton got briefed
that he found out that the budget numbers were shockingly worse than Poppy had led him (and the rest of the country) to believe. He was forced to prune and reprioritize some of his campaign promises, like the size and extent of his tax cuts.

7. Budget would be logical content for the first security briefing.
