The market is modestly up.... but GM and Ford are through the freaking roof!

Anybody know why? GM stock is now nearly $6 a share.... it was down around $3 on Friday.

1. What are the psychological trends...
Around The Big 3? Not the fundimentals, they mean nothing, in truth. The market can best be described as lemmings on meth and lots of cheap vodka.

5. In 50 days from Sept to Nov
the market had 25 days where it moved 4% or more.

In the previous 25 YEARS, the market had 25 days where it moved 4% or more.

This market is completely unmoored from anything but white-knuckled emotion right now.
