"An enlightening Bolivia's state-run TV (Channel 7) video sheds new light on a massacre of farmers in Pando department on September 11 this year.
Arguments and images in the documentary denounce the involvement of several members of the governor's office in Pando in the crime that resulted in 18 people dead and more than 100 missing.
The Executive has held ex Governor Leopoldo Fernandez responsible for this crime. He is currenty held in La Paz.
The tape shows several local leaders and officials from Cobija, capital of Pando department, carrying large-bore arms and threatening farmers, who were supposed to take part in a gathering to support the governing Movement towards Socialism (MAS).
They include National Unity (UN) Senator Jose Villavicencio and Protestant minister Luis Antonio Rivera (armed), who was later shot by his own followers, according to the tape.
The video shows the perpetrators of the massacre, shooting at vehicles and at farmers, who were trying to leave Porvenir town, a few miles south of Cobija."

"According to the conclusion of UNASUR investigative commission. Prefecture's Officials of Pando department were found responsible for the peasants' massacre on September 11.
Rodolfo Mattarollo coordinator of the commission and Secretary of Human rights of Argentina consultant informed that the report will be presented on November 25 which establishes "facts, people in charge and influences" to Michelle Bachelet UNASUR pro témpore president, who entrusted the investigation.
Mattarollo confirmed that 20 dead peasants and the disappearance of at least other 70 was "massacre" for this reason the commission could establish that some local authorities are judicially responsible and managed to identify them.
The facts happened in the outskirts of Porvenir locality when indigenous were stating their opinion on defense of Evo Morales government. They were ambushed and murdered in cold blood for paramilitary and hired killers seemingly organized by Leopoldo Fernández prefect of Pando at present he is under police custody in San Pedro jail of La Paz city."
