Which Senator(s) Will Ask The Next DOJ Nominee if existing law will be enforced?
Chose one or more from the list below: Who will ask President Obama's Nominee for Attorney General if he or she intends to actively investigate allegations of wrongdoing during the Bush years and to indict where indicated as the facts demand?

Leahy
Kennedy
Specter
Kohl
Hatch
Grassley
Feinstein
Kyl
Feingold
Sessions
Schumer
Graham
Durbin
Cornyn
Cardin
Brownback
Whitehouse
Coburn

Who will do it? You tell me.

1. None of the above. And if per chance it gets asked, it will be glossed over and not pursued far.
And then when the nominee does gets confirmed it won't happen, nothing will happen.
It is important that no Innocent horses accidentally get harmed.

In fact, I'm damned sure of it. Feingold may as well.

6. I confess I'm completely unable to read him.
He didn't show his hand when Mueller sat there and lied about the anthrax case. You may be right about that.

5. Leahy, Kennedy, Feingold, or Whitehouse might in some way
Wouldn't bet very much money on it but maybe we can revisit the thread in a couple of months and see who guessed right. Who do you think? Any of them?
