Although, strictly speaking, they have to be witnesses before they can be hostile witnesses, and apparently that's going to require a little detour to the Supreme Court.

But Dem speechwriters definitely need a good, effective label for these cowards for the MSM to glom onto.

... with an immediately-grasped analogy, should be an integral part of the Democratic strategy - as should challenging vulnerable GOP Senators up for re-election in 08 to refute it.
