Havin' a Heapin' Helpin' of Hope
I've been watching The West Wing online over the last couple of days. I stopped watching when booosh was appointed as prez. It was just too sad and depressing because the pretend president was better at it than our actual president. I just couldn't stomach it.

This truly has to be one of the best television shows I've watched, it's like reading a good book. I don't want to put it down and I end up staying up waaaay too late just to see what happens next.

I sure hope that the rest is as good at the first season. Watching makes me wanna work in the White House a little bit and it certainly makes me excited to watch President Obama's White House at work, it's definitely going to be another page turner!

1. I do the same!
I've wanted to watch the beginning of the first season again, but only find those segments sporadically. Maybe I should just BUY them, but, well, ?$?

3. Indeed!!
I just watched that episode. It was awesome!! There are a few people in my family I'd like to spring that rant on. It would be so sweet. Alas, I cannot if I want to avoid a familial implosion. But it makes a good fantasy!

4. I remember hearing that one of the characters was based on Rahm Emanuel.
The current Chief of staff on the show IIRC.
