Actually, it might be Fifth Third. I saw a bunch of them when I was in TN. It's a funny name.

11. I double checked, it IS the Fifth Third Bank.
Here's what they said..I DON'T have any account there:

This is to bring to the notice of all Fifth Third Bank customers that we have upgraded our 2008 Online Banking Securities
and Services as well as new features to serve all Fifth Third Bank Customers Better and to protect your account from
unauthorized access and fraud.

Be informed, it is mandatory that all Fifth Third Bank Customers should update their online Banking to 2008 features
within the next 96hrs or your online access will be disabled.

Then a link to fix my info.

13. Definitely a scam
I bank with them and never get emails from them. Here's what it says on their site about phishing:

What should I do if I receive a suspicious email?
Do not respond to the email and do not click on the link found in it.

If you are unsure of its authenticity, call a phone number you trust such as the one on your most recent statement, NOT the one in the email, to verify the company actually sent it and to inquire about why they need your information.

If it appears to be from Fifth Third, you can forward it to us at 53investigation@security.53.com. These emails help us to track the phishers and to shut down the fraudulent sites.

If it appears to be from another company or financial institution, you can forward it to the Anti-Phishing Working Group at reportphishing@antiphishing.org.

Delete it from your Inbox and clean out your Deleted Items folder.

If you responded to it and provided information, contact Fifth Third Bank Customer Service immediately at 1-800-676-5869.
