the CAFE standards to increase efficiency in automobiles. Now Republicans argue that the auto industry should be allowed to collapse because it doesn't make the products people want to buy.
Do I have that correct? Just checking.

that the family values crowd would be so dead set against a worker taking care of his family via pension and medical care, and in the private sector to boot.
I can't get any of my conservative neighbors to answer the question: If its all the unions fault why didn't the auto industry fail a long time ago since the union and their "perks" have been around for a long, long time?
