its a distraction, they have already committed or spent 8 TRILLION on the banking mess, now they make a big show of being outraged over 15 billion???? just another dog and pony show for the public!! with the bailout we lose 1.5 million auto industry jobs over the next 12 to 18 months, without the bailout we lose 3 million of these jobs over the next 8 to 12 months, not a huge difference in the big picture..

ISSA made in certain congressional hearings, about half the money is supposed to go to foreign interests. It's really a bail-out to satisfy our creditors I believe. It was not intended to help Americans. That's the problem. We ran up so much foreign debt trying to live high on the hog while fighting a couple of wars and lowering the taxes on the rich that our creditors got nervous. So, that money doesn't really belong to us.
