Section 1, Article 2 of the Constitution... |

States that the President has the right to make treaties, with the advice and consent of two-thirds of Congress.
What is he doing unilaterally over in Iraq, making some type of treaty or agreement, committing our troops all by his little old self? Any agreement made by Bush without the consent of the Senate is null and void. I hope the Iraqis understand that little glitch in our Constitution? Obviously, the President doesn't understand it.

The current one definitely doesn't (with one or two exceptions), and I have little hope for the incoming one (as a whole).
