Ill. Supreme Court: Pharmacists can go to court to object to dispensing 'morning-after' pill
CHICAGO (AP) — Illinois pharmacists who object to dispensing emergency contraception won another day in court to fight a rule they claim forces them to choose between their livelihood and conscience.

The Illinois Supreme Court on Thursday said the circuit court must consider a lawsuit brought by two pharmacists who claim they should not be required to dispense emergency contraception because it violates their religious beliefs. Lower courts had dismissed those claims and refused to hear the case.

1. What about racial beliefs?

Can I deny a person, of differing ethnicity, a prescription that they need: just because I could be a redneck christian?

I'm sure there are passages in the bible that pertain to racism. Can I use that as an excuse a well?

2. Any religious crybaby who can't do his job
needs to find another line of work. There are other jobs for people with degrees in pharmacology that don't involve dealing with all that nasty female stuff, after all.

They absolutely do NOT belong anywhere in health care.

Saving their rotten souls is not worth killing women.

5. if they don't want to do the job they were hired to do
let them open their own pharmacy and they can pick and choose who they wish to serve.

Or even better, they should get out of the medical field all together and get into the preacher racket. Then they surely won't have to worry about having to make decisions in conflict with their "principles."
