Trot the hypocrite out in front of a mass audience perhaps?

Every time I thought Obama made a fatal error during the campaign he proved me wrong.

Think this through a couple moves ahead, like a good chess player.

He's doing what he's always done- except this time he and his advisors made a major miscalcualtion (or a cynical political play) that's unlikely to win him or his policies many converts.

4. Sadly, I do think it was "a cynical political play." But he stepped in shit this time.

2. I think we helped Obama think he was invincible and could get away with anything
We sacrificed too much, went out of our way for him too much, and now he thinks he can walk on water and high five every Bushist and homophobe and be okay with the base.

I don't as far as anyone else in the base that got him elected, but as far as I'm concerned? I woke up. I'm looking and listening and I'm not liking what's going on.

5. Depends on the sentiment of the audience.
Hate and ignorance has a following in America. Doubt they see him as hypocritical.

6. He blew it this time around.
He is no longer running for president and is finally showing his true colors. Sad.
