conservatives in the Obama administration and Rick Warren's appearance at the inauguration tends to neutralize them...Conservatives will write them off as appeasers and marginalize them in their party and we will never follow them, believe in them, be indoctrinated by them or like them, so I see it as a win - win for us and a loss for them...

on edit: I have to add, that I will at least have some satisfaction that the right-wingers in the administration will have to follow Obama's orders and do as they are told, meaning they will have to enforce policies counter to theirs...I will take some pleasure in that...

He's tossing out the people with requests that are "too hard," and replacing them with people who just want to hear some version of "God Hates Fags" every so often, and who want a piece of that Faith Based Initiative pie. Far less "care and feeding" with the latter group, you see.
