Yesterday, California Attorney General Jerry Brown announced that he is going to ask the California court system to strike down Prop 8 on the grounds that it violates California's state constitutional guarantee of personal liberty. This is a fight which needs all of us to win, and now.

The added bonus: the attorney defending Prop 8 in a brief filed recently? Ken Starr.

Just when you thought we were rid of that odious scumbag, he has surfaced like The Turd Which Will Not Flush. This means we get to take on Ken Starr one more time, and not just in opposition of a witch hunt, but rather, in defense of civil rights and basic human liberty.

So let's get busy. I look forward to the headline "California High Court Voids Proposition 8".
