As in The Department of...1.) The quality of being righeous,rectitude. 2.) impartiality, fairness. 3.) quality of being right or correct. 4.) sound reason, righfulness, validity. 5.)reward or penalty as deserved, just deserts. 6.) a) the use of authority and power to uphold what is right, just or lawful, b) the personification of this usually a blindfolded goddess holding scales and a sword. 7.) the administration of law,procedures of a law court.
The Bush Administration's definition of "justice": 1.) the quality of being mendacious, vindictive. 2.) biased, dishonorable. 3.) untrue, inaccurate, wrong. 4.)not based on truth or valid reasoning, invalid. 5.) retribution as deserved. 6.) The abuse of power or authority, despotism. 7.) civil chaos.

Their "Above The Law Attitude" is the Bush Administration's Justice....we've seen that since he took office.
